Doors Open

Our people will arrive about an hour before curtain-up. We have various equipment, such as backcloths, a photo-board showing pictures of the performers, and a PA system to set up before the show can start. Opening the doors to your guests approximately 30 minutes before the show starts gives time for the audience to enter and find their seats. It also gives you, as the fundraiser, an early opportunity to start selling tickets for any raffles or tombolas you may be running.

Curtain Up!

At the appropriate time our Compere will welcome the audience, explain the format and generally guide them through the evening.

We do have our own sound system, however if your venue has a good Public Address System then, with your permission, it might be better to use the venue's own facilities. Similarly, if your venue has its own stage lighting, it would be useful if someone could be present who is familiar with its operation.
