The April club meeting will be the annual AGM wherethe committee have to stand down and a new committee will be elected for the coming year. Additionally this is the time when the club constitution can be amended, so if any member wants to propose changes to the constitution please let one of the existing committee know as soon as possible.
Similarly, if anyone wants to put themselves (or anyone else) forward for any of the committee posts, please let us know in good time as nominations cannot be accepted on the night. Posts available are President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary/Shows Secretary. Remember that if you want to nominate someone for a post you must have their agreement that they are willing to stand for election before nominating them.
We're also hoping to take some new photos of our perfroming members at the AGM evening - there are several people that we don't have a photo of but we like to display pictures of our performers at the club shows. If you're one of our performers and haven't had your picture taken yet, please come to the AGM with your 'stage' clothes so that we can snap you for our photo board.
